Acer Mobile Division eventually join the tablet market with the launch of the series Iconia Tab A500. By the vendor, this gadget is called the first Android tablet with OS Honeycomb 3.0. Iconia Tab A500 designed with dimensions 260 x 177 x 13.3 mm and weighs 730 grams. By using unibody aluminum casing Iconia TabA500 appears more versatile than its competitors, the Asus Eee Pad Transformer.
Acer Iconia Tab A500 uses 10.2-inch WXGA (Wide eXtended Graphics Array) with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels, 256K colors capacitive. Radiance and color visual on the screen is fairly clear. Moda input has brought multitouch system that makes navigation user friendly. To support connectivity, Iconia Tab equipped HDMI output and slot-standard USB type A port with a USB host.
